My art explores mortality and the rhythm of life through aged and yellowed ectoplasmic portraits, fossils of mythological creatures, specters of decaying animals, poisonous specimens, and skulls.
The Linger Series is a collection of hand manipulated found photographs I’ve been accumulating and exhibiting over the years. Inspired by 19th century spirit photography, the ectoplasmic portraits suggest realities that exist beyond the physical world where some believe one might linger.
